Salesforce, when the project isn't simple.

Architecture, development and technical review for complex projects, integrations, and Salesforce orgs that need to become understandable, reliable and manageable again.

Working with Salesforce since 2012. For companies and consulting firms.

What Fije does

Three ways to work with Fije. When the problem is clear, you start from the solution; when it isn't, you start from an assessment.

A

Assessment and technical review Starting point

The problem
You know something isn't working as it should — the org is hard to change, processes have grown tangled, manual steps or technical debt remain — but it's not clear what to fix first.
What Fije does
Fije reviews the system, architecture and processes, and compares the possible solutions by impact, time and cost.
The result
A concrete assessment you can act on: what to change, what to leave as it is, in what order, and with what effort.
B

Salesforce: development and architecture

The problem
You need to build a new solution, or evolve an org where customisations, integrations and processes have piled up over time — and every change adds more.
What Fije does
Fije designs and builds the solution starting from the process it has to support: sales and service processes, automation, integrations with external systems, data, security and access. It works on new features, on evolving existing systems, and on cases where the architecture is better revisited before building further.
The result
A solution that meets today's need without making tomorrow's harder.
C

Technical guidance and delivery support

The problem
You need to make technical decisions, assess a proposal, or steer a complex project without a dedicated senior person in-house.
What Fije does
Fije translates business needs into technical choices, reviews architectures, estimates and vendor proposals, supports delivery, and steps in on projects that have lost direction.
The result
Sounder technical decisions, and an independent point of reference that helps keep the project on track.

Beyond Salesforce When a problem spans several systems, the work doesn't stop at Salesforce: Fije designs integrations, automation and custom tools when that's the simplest solution. Example: invoices generated in Salesforce and exported straight into the billing platform, so the people who handle them no longer work across two systems in parallel.

Approach

How Fije works

Understand

Before building, Fije clarifies the problem, the goal and the constraints.

Simplify

It separates what's really needed from the complexity built up over time.

Build

It delivers a solution proportionate to the problem, designed also for whoever will change and maintain it.

Why Fije

A technical counterpart, not one more supplier

The same person designs and builds

In Fije, architecture decisions aren't separated from the person implementing them: the complexity, limits and consequences of each choice are weighed up front.

Experience with systems already in production

Not just greenfield projects: analysing and evolving orgs built up and layered over years, where you first understand what exists and then decide what to change.

A direct point of contact

The technical conversation is with the person who analyses the problem and builds the solution, with no layers in between. Fije is a small operation today, and on this kind of project that's an advantage.

The track record so far

Working with Salesforce since 2012, on enterprise programmes for consulting firms such as Jakala and Adecco. Sectors: telecoms, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, payments, staffing, non-profit. Projects: platform migrations and evolutions, sales and service processes, integrations with external systems, telephony and contact centre, community platforms. Also experience with regulated processes — for example in the energy market, where the process has to follow precise externally imposed rules.

What Fije doesn't do

Fije doesn't replace an in-house development team and doesn't bill hours for repetitive work: it steps in where a specific technical or architectural skill is needed, for as long as it's needed.

The name

Fije

Fije is first of all a way of approaching problems: finding the thread that runs through them and following it to a workable solution.

Fije is a small operation today: most of the experience and delivery currently comes from Klodjan Meta, who has worked with Salesforce since 2012. The aim is for Fije to grow as an identity and a way of working, beyond a single person.
